The Ordering Process...

 

The following applies to our standard customization process.  If you are interested in our design consultation service, please check our services page for details. 

First, we ask that you order a sample of the product(s) you are interested in (see individual products for applicable fees).  Your sample will include all of your personalization and customization.  When you have approved this sample and place your final order, this fee will be deducted from your balance due.  Should you choose not to place an order, this fee is non-refundable. 

To order a sample, you can send an e-mail to us at orders@invitationsbychrissy.com, or call 717-681-9830.  We will collect from you all of the necessary personalization/customization information and in approximately 2 weeks you will receive your sample in the mail (digital proof via e-mail for album samples).  Once you've received your sample and have looked it over, you can then place your final order via e-mail or phone.  Make sure to state the bride and groom's names and the date of the wedding so we can reference your sample.  Please allow a total of at least 12 weeks for sample creation and final order completion.

 

If you are outside of our local area (Central PA), shipping charges will apply.  We accept checks and credit cards (via PayPal e-mail invoices).  Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about our ordering process.

Order changes/cancellations:  We require approval of a sample before we begin production of your order.  If for some reason, you need any changes after work has begun, you will be charged for the additional labor and/or materials involved with the change.  This will vary depending on the specific order and how much work has already been completed prior to change request.  Please make sure your sample is exactly as you want it before approving, so you can avoid this costly situation.  Due to the custom nature of our business, we cannot grant refunds once production of your order has begun.
